For this event our focus is on women artists pushing boundaries and forging their own paths of passion
An exhibition celebrating the stories and works of inspirational multi-faceted women artists, who have successfully monetized their passions by leveraging their creative talent.
Reinvention, innovation and reincarnation are running threads that stich their fascinating artistic journeys together many of whom have stepped away from highly successful professional careers in other fields to nurture their artistic talent and have achieved great success and recognition. Their success stories inspire and encourage others to follow their passions, reinvent themselves, and forge new destinies.
If your stories reflect these sentiments we would like to invite you to exhibit with us. This opportunity is commission free and successful artists will keep full amount of takings from sales.
Spaces:
We have seven 2m x 2m wall spaces available in our beautiful gallery which are available in single or multiple sections of 1m (width) x 2m (height)
The Gallery is equipped with exhibition walls and professional lighting. Our exhibition will run in conjunction with a retail exhibition for Independent Brands in the retail space above the Gallery which will generate added footfall and interest. The premises is configured with a retail space on the ground floor with a shop front on Oxford Street and gallery space on the lower floor approached by a beautiful gallery staircase from within the shop.

What you need to provide:

Public Liability Insurance Certificate for cover of £1 Million or over

You will need to man your space for the duration of the exhibition. If you are unable to do so we can provide coverage and process sales on your behalf for a nominal handling fee of 10% of sales

Any delivery arrangements with customers for sold work
Event Promotion:
We will be promoting the event through targeted online social media campaigns as well as print advertising. As this is a collaborative business opportunity, we will require participating artists to be as proactive with promoting the event as we will be. What makes this exhibition different from others is that we as organisers are also artists and independent business owners and will be participating in the event ourselves therefore, we will be putting in a 100% to market the exhibition with our mailing lists, contacts and followers and would expect your help and enthusiasm in doing so too.

If your application is successful we will inform you within 7 days and send you payment details. Please do come back to us promptly as once acceptances have been sent, places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We anticipate a lot of interest in this opportunity so please do send in your applications promptly to avoid disappointment.
Pricing, sale and delivery of sold works:
All work must be for sale. All sales are commission free unless you are unable to take payments yourself in which case we can do so for a nominal handling fee of 10% of sales. On sale of any artwork, delivery of art will need to be arranged by the artist in agreement with the buyer directly.
Public Liability insurance:
Selected artists will be required to submit an insurance certificate for public liability Please see Terms & Conditions for more details.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

Once we receive your application we will send you pricing details. We will review your application and will get back to you within 7 days. If your application is successful we will send you payment details to complete the booking.
We anticipate a lot of interest in this opportunity so please do send in your applications promptly to avoid disappointment.
Following receipt of your payment after allocation of spaces:
8 weeks or more before set-up day – full refund, if space can be re-sold or you find a replacement artist which we approve, within 14 days of cancellation, less 10% admin charge.
4-8 weeks before set-up day – 50% refund, if space can be re-sold or you find a replacement artist which we approve, within 14 days of cancellation, less 10% admin charge.
4 weeks or less before set-up day – no refund can be given
If at any point your space cannot be re-sold after a cancellation unfortunately, we will be unable to give you a refund
